Very happy with purchase thus far. I've been using this tail light for roughly a month or so with no issue. The 3 functional modes work very well. I prefer the strobe mode. I am very glad that it also came with a clip that I could attach to the loop on my bike pouch. I already have a Garmin Varia radar tail light mounted on the frame, but wanted something in addition due to the amounts of heavy traffic I ride on some of the main roads. I would recommend this to a friend.

I bike commute to work every morning at 4:30am and needed a rear light that easily allows me to stand out and be noticed against a variety of background lighting (street lights & headlights) and very dark roads with little illumination. This light offers two stobe modes. I use the variable strobe. This helps identify me as a bicycle on the road compared to other ambient light sources and is a real attention getter. This light is surprisingly bright and can be viewed by rear-approaching cars quickly and for a few hundred yards. The light is also fairly efficient. I turn it on for approximately 30 minutes per day and only replace the batteries once or twice per year. I have this tail light on two of my commuter/around town bikes and wouldn’t think of using anything else to ensure my personal safety. Being easily observed on a bike is the key to bike-commuting survival. I consider this tail light, a good handlebar headlight and highly reflective outer wear as absolute necessities to my safety. On the left is this product, and on the right is the Planet Bike Superflash. The Planet Bike Blinky Super Flash Tail Light has been the gold standard for many years. It had a single half watt LED and two additional less bright LEDs that flash using a flash-pop arrangement that keeps at least one lamp lit almost all the time so that drivers of cars can always see it. Off axis visibility was good, so that it didn't have to be aimed directly at the driver. It was waterproof and you could drop it repeatedly without breakage. I own several of them and have been very happy with them.

I received the light yesterday (8-7-19). It is a well made light with a strong aluminum body. It fits nicely under the seat. Auto mode is awesome. Turns on and off by itself. USB charging eliminates buying batteries. I highly recommend this light.

The light itself is very nice..high quality..the LED is pretty bright..I haven’t had the chance to test out the auto features since I just mounted it..not sure about battery life either.. Overall I’m very satisfied with this light..I love how it looks stealth and can barely see it underneath my saddle..it looks factory,like it came built stock on the bike!

This smart brake bike tail light arrived very quickly, it works well, has a great visibility and light weight. Very satisfied with the order. It has a few different modes- on, flashing or strobe auto on / off. Comes with a USB charging cord. I just used my phone wall adapter and plugged it into the wall. It didn't take very long for it to charge and it is bright even in the day light. It is easy to install. It has a attachment and would be great for a kids bike for additional security.
